What is the payment process?
Within the first two weeks of every month, an invoice is sent listing all the projects that were completed in the previous month. Clients then have two weeks to pay for the services provided.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by bank transfer and PayPal.
How quickly will I receive the completed translation?
We can deliver as quickly as the same day, depending on volume, notice period and availability. Our translators always respond quickly and are committed to achieving fast turnaround. You can also pre-book slots for recurring tasks such as daily news updates.
When does the translation process start?
On a regular working day, we will start working on a translation request (with correct files and references) within hours of its submission.
Are clients covered/compensated for any content errors/inaccuracies?

What is Q.A.?
Our Q.A. (Quality Assurance) process is the final stage of our translation review procedure. Once the translated text has been returned to the client and incorporated into the finished banner, PDF etc., the client can send back the final product so our linguist can review it. This ensures a perfect end result.
What is the TEP Process?
TEP stands for translation, editing and proofreading. After a translation has been completed, it is edited and proofread by another member of our team who also has the necessary industry expertise as well as the linguistic skills to ensure the highest quality copy.
What is a terminology database?
Our terminology database stores all the unique terms relevant to specific clients, including brand names and untranslated terms. This also ensures consistency and quality for each of our clients.
What is translation memory?
Our translation memory database stores all the translations completed for each client. This is useful for future projects, ensuring linguistic consistency and lowering costs for clients.
Why is it important to provide references?
References, in the form of a description, image or link, are important for providing background and context, which help us to supply translations of the highest quality.
How do I know that my material is kept confidential?
All necessary steps are taken, including strict confidentiality agreements with all our staff, to ensure the confidentiality of your material. If you’d like us to sign an NDA concerning our work your company, please let us know.
Do you provide quotes for every translation project?
A quote can be sent in response to every translation request; you just need to request a quote when you submit the file, so we can extract the word count.
What formats can you work with?
The formats we most commonly work with are DOC, XLS, HTML, XLIFF, and PSD, but we are happy to discuss projects involving other file formats.
